수집하는 정보 — 가입 시 이메일과 비밀번호(복원할 수 없는 해시로만 저장), 가입 요청 메모. 계정 연결 시 각 플랫폼이 발급하는 액세스 토큰과 계정 이름(채널명·사용자명). 플랫폼 비밀번호는 받지 않으며, 플랫폼 로그인은 각 플랫폼의 화면에서만 이루어집니다.
이용 목적 — 이용자 본인 확인과, 이용자가 요청한 영상 게시·예약에만 씁니다. 광고나 제3자 제공에 쓰지 않습니다.
보관 — 헤르츠랩이 관리하는 서버에만 보관합니다. 업로드된 영상 파일은 게시가 끝나면 즉시 삭제합니다. 유튜브 API로 받은 데이터(채널 이름·ID, 업로드 결과)는 게시 목적에만 쓰고 30일을 넘겨 보관하지 않습니다. 토큰은 연결이 유지되는 동안만 보관합니다.
삭제·철회 — 화면의 「해제」로 플랫폼 연결을 끊으면 해당 토큰이 삭제됩니다. 「회원 탈퇴」를 하면 계정과 모든 연결 정보·이력이 즉시 삭제됩니다. 각 플랫폼의 앱 권한 설정에서도 접근을 철회할 수 있고, 구글 계정은 Google 보안 설정에서 철회할 수 있습니다.
유튜브 기능은 YouTube API Services를 사용하며, Google 개인정보처리방침이 함께 적용됩니다.

When you sign up we collect your email and a one-way hash of your password. Data is used only to authenticate you and publish the videos you request; it is never sold or shared. Deleting your shortsup account deletes all your data immediately.
The YouTube features use YouTube API Services; the Google Privacy Policy applies. Data obtained from the YouTube API (channel name/ID, upload results) is used only for publishing and is not stored for more than 30 days. Tokens are kept only while the account stays connected; users can revoke access at any time via the app screen or Google security settings.
shortsup stores only the access tokens issued by each platform and the connected account's display name. Passwords are never stored. Tokens are kept on a server operated by Hertz Lab and used solely to publish videos. Uploaded video files are deleted right after publishing. Account owners may disconnect at any time from the app screen or from the platform's app permission settings, which deletes the stored token.
